Give me a V! Give me an O! Oh PLEASE!

Mommy & Daddy took me to a very cold, people zoo . . . well, that's what I call it. I think Daddy went there to learn about some Volvo SUV. Evidently, they got an invitation to go to this testing/driving/2 hour live commercial thing

in which there was much silliness, including driving over bumps, through water, and around moose!!

Mommy and I decided to enjoy the yummy food while Daddy walked around and looked at the pieces of the car all around us with mood-lighting.

I think it was supposed to be romantic or something.

Then, Daddy decided to join us while this man presented the features of this car. The funny part, people actually stopped eating to listen!

We followed this with more silly demonstrations outside in the bitter cold. Like, breaking the safety glass . . .

And driving through gravel . . .

Next, was the long wait in line to drive one of these special vehicles.

Did I mention it was cold outside? After about 30 minutes of standing in line, we got to load up and drive the thing.

And play with buttons!

Well, Daddy got to, anyway.

We drove over a slip and slide . . .

And around mountains . . .

And over some bumps! I enjoyed some reading material while my parents played.

Finally, we went home, but not before Mommy got a shot of the Moose Avoidance course. Yes, you heard right!

They had a course where a professional driver would drive straight toward a moose and swerve at the last minute to show the roll-over thingy that keeps the car from flipping. After Daddy's bumpy, swervy, herky-jerky driving and the looks on people's faces after going through this, Mommy decided against it. She said it was because I couldn't go, but I think it was because she was scarred!

Oh, and Daddy took some pictures of other stuff . . .
