How is Santa going to get this sucker to California for Christmas?

lt_garden4.JPG

And where in the heck is all of my mail? I am waiting to see if Santa sent me a reply to my letter.

Oh wait, I hate him. He makes me scream in terror! Back to my toy!

The coolest thing about this toy is that it has a door!

lt_garden8.JPG

The door is really neat! It opens . . .

lt_garden7.JPG

and closes!

lt_garden6.JPG

I can crawl in . . .

lt_garden5.JPG

and I can crawl out!

lt_garden3.JPG

It has some other stuff too, like veggies . . .

lt_garden10.JPG

And a twirping birdie in a birdhouse. I love this thing!

Whee!

I have discovered a few new loves in my life. Wanna see?

octtoy5.JPG

Mommy and Daddy showed me the newset love in my life: the rocking zebra!!

octtoy6.JPG

Meanwhile, I have developed this habit of carrying around a stuffed toy . . .

octtoy1.JPG

And laying down on it like a pillow.

octtoy3.JPG

Is it really that hard to capture on film, Mother? I mean, work with me here!!

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!

What do my parents do when they have no money? Cook a bunch of pumpkin, that's what!!

It's official. My parents are insane!!

Mommy and Daddy decided to save money this weekend and make a bunch of stuff from the 2 pumpkins they didn't carve.

They made pumkin ravioli, pumpkin pies, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin soup.

I enjoyed the ravioli!!

My 1st Halloween

hwn1.JPG

My first Halloween! Whee! More with the dog costume. Will this nightmare ever end?

For my first Halloween, we sat around and waited for ghouls, goblins, and cute little princesses to come begging at the door for candy.

hwn10.JPG

Cosmo waited patiently for us to drop some candy!

Mommy and Daddy carved a few pumpkins to decorate the front of the house.

hwn2.JPG

hwn3.JPG

This was Mommy's first carving for the pumpkin carving contest. Unfortunately, Daddy dropped it out of the refridgerator and cracked it.

hwn4.JPG

This was Mommy's second try at the pumpkin carving contest. You can't tell from the picture, but the back of the pumpkin projects ghosts on the back wall. Can you believe she didn't win the contest? I think it might have been the broken branches on the trees that were damaged during transport.

Like I care.

hwn5.JPG

More of our porch.

Well, anyway, we didn't get a lot of trick or treaters, so I had to occupy myself in other ways while we waited.

Like crawling around and playing in that damned hot cotume . . .

hwn6.JPG

hwn7.JPG

And crawling on Mommy . . .

hwn8.JPG

And watching Halloween?

hwn9.JPG

A little parental guidance, please! Do you see how frightened I am??
