The next day after our little fire and ice adventure, Daddy and Mommy took me on a sledding adventure.
First we started in the backyard with the dog crate top again:
Then, Daddy brought out the "big dogs."
Well, actually, they are little cold dogsicles, but Daddy tried to get them to drag me along on the ice.
Am I a CPS poster child, or what?
Finally, Daddy gave up (and Mommy's fear of the dogs dragging me into the street to my demise won out), and he served as my Alaskan Husky.
Mush! Mush!
Mush!
And thank God Mommy's neurosis won out again because Daddy wanted to push me down the driveway. "Not without a helmet," Mommy said. Yeah, that would really help if a car was driving down the street!
So, they opted for our walkway, which at least has a rusty old Volvo to stop my path into traffic.
Ah, parenting at its finest!
Mommy and Daddy took advantage of the ice storm we had on Monday night to bundle me up and hurl me around on the ice.
But not before they went plummeting down the driveway into on-coming traffic!
Here they are going down our driveway in the top of a dog crate. Does that make this a dog sled?
Notice how our neighbor joined in the fun?
Did I mention that these photos were taken while our house was on fire? No? Oh, well let me explain. My daddy put some chicken in the oven. He thought he set the dial to Warm but since the knob was broken, he wasn't sure. Low and behold, he had set it to 500. So, while my parents were doing this:
a little beeping noise was going off in the background.
"Does anyone hear a beeping sound?" our neighbor, Carl, asked.
"Yes," Daddy said.
"Oh 25-cent word! The house is on fire!" Mommy exclaimed.
We ran inside and saw smoke billowing out of the oven. Mommy and I went to the neighbor's house while Daddy cleaned up. But the house still smells stinky!
Anyway, back to our sledding fun!
On Sunday, Mommy and I went to lunch with Auntie Haven. She is so nice! We loaded up in the car about an hour after we came home from breakfast (I am starting to think this should go in the "My Parents are Insane" category . . .).
(Excellent photography for a crazy lady driving a CAR at the time!)
I fell asleep shortly after this photo (I mean, it WAS my naptime, after all!). But with an hour and a few minutes of snoozing (and the woman at the table next to us stinking up the place by painting her fingernails), I was up and ready to eat!
So, I had some bread and tomato basil soup and a latte. Just kidding. I drank water, but some day . . .
After Haven and mommy stopped boring me with their stupid talking, we went over to the fountain. The water kept going up and down. I also saw a girl in a plaid dress who looked lke my cousin Emily.
Then, we went to my favorite store: The Disney Store!! I got to see all
of the "Obagees," which is my code word for stuffed animals. I toddled around and played with a few. The best one was a stuffed Pooh holding a photo frame, but Mommy thought that was sily so she bought me the first one I picked out. I liked him a lot, too!

Once Mommy had paid for my dancing Pooh an Tiger, we strolled over to see another fountain, but this one had ducks and turtles.
Last, we shopped around. Boring! We did see a store named after me!
Auntie Erin made a blog (web-log) for crazy adults who make crafts (although, i guess I can post my scribbling once I stop eating the crayons).
Here is a posting about the scrapbook pages from California.
More photos from Orlando coming up!
Well, I am back from the craziness of 5 days with only Mommy and Grammy. Would you like to see some of the torturous things they did with me?
Here is a link to a new album with photos from our trip: Click here She didn't have her regular camera, so these are all the pictures she took. Feel free to order as many as you would like!

Okay, this isn't me. It is a cow. But I thought it was REALLY funny!
In fact, here I am watching the cow eat grass. Hmmm. The humor isn't really coming across, is it?
Soft bunny!!
.... Oops, breakfast time. More later!
